Sir Keir Starmer is expected to urge supporting countries to supply Ukrainian forces with more advanced missile systems to strike Russian targets during a meeting in Britain on this Friday.

The prime minister will host President the Ukrainian head of state alongside what's known as "coalition of the willing", comprising over twenty of Kyiv's partners who have committed to provide Kyiv protection commitments once a ceasefire is arranged.

Ukraine's president has been pleading for an extended period for further extended-range systems from Western nations, a step that Russia has cautions would escalate the war.
